The automotive sector is a school for human learning. The demands go far beyond the individual's comfort zone, and to survive and thrive in this environment requires high levels of resilience, flexibility, ability to manage conflicts, predictability and creativity.

 

Despite the coexistence of previous experiences in this segment, this venture started in a very rudimentary way and crossed the first million in revenue just over 5 months after its foundation. I lived 4 years at the top of this industry, dividing my time between 60% industry and 40% commercial/administrative, directly coordinating a production process with enormous structural complexity, a large number of components, strict respect for product quality standards, and an unconditional pursuit of for achieving the goals.

 

From 2013, the industry began to develop new businesses and markets, but the economic crisis that shook the economy from 2014 was faster and more intense than the capacity to implement the expansion plans. In 2017 the company ended activities due to lack of sales.

Following the expansion plan projected in 2012, I started a search for international partners to bring high-tech products to Brazil in a Joint Venture proposal for nationalization of production. Three European companies signed an agreement with me and the company.
